Champagne Bottling. The making of Jonah Juice.

To commemorate Jonah's birth, we visited a local Vintner and created a custom champagne. We selected Muscat grapes from the Asti region of Italy to try and recreate the champagne Rebekah loves so much that she named our first cat Asti. Poppy, Aunt Dr. Jen, Uncle Mike and his girlfriend Kaleena were on hand to help celebrate with us. We used the whale cartoon as our label. Below are some pictures from the bottling process.

We bottled alongside friends who made wines of their own creation. The party included a Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Chocolate Raspberry Port. And yes, there was much quality control testing going on throughout the day. Jonah was an angel and slept throughout the whole process.
